ZNiTech Kft. ("we", "us") is the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with Digwick.
Digwick is designed to collect as little as possible. The game has no account system, no advertising, no social features and no location access. Your game progress stays on your device. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details.
Your game saves and settings (for example sound preferences and whether you have unlocked the full game) are stored locally on your device only. They are not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and they are deleted when you uninstall the game.
The one-time "full game" unlock is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The entire payment is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies; we do not receive your name, address or payment details. We only receive an anonymous confirmation that the purchase belongs to the app installation, which is required to unlock the content and to restore it on your devices.
The game may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (for example which features are used and how far players progress) and anonymous crash and diagnostic reports. We use this information solely to fix bugs, balance the game and decide what to build next. This data cannot be used to identify you, is never used for advertising, and is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. Where a third-party tool is used to provide this, we will name the provider in this policy. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the game (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
digwick.com is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of access) for security and operational purposes, as is customary for any website.
Digwick is suitable for a general audience. Because the game does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly process any personal data of children.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Since we hold essentially no personal data about you, most requests can be answered immediately — but you can always contact us at hello@znitech.io.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), naih.hu.
We do not maintain user databases. Anonymous statistics, if collected, are kept only in aggregated form. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
If our data practices change — for example if a specific analytics provider is added — we will update this page and adjust the effective date above before the change takes effect.
