Terms of Service

Effective: 20 July 2026  •  Applies to the Digwick mobile game and the digwick.com website.

Who we are

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or playing Digwick (the "Game"), or by using digwick.com, you agree to these terms. If you obtained the Game through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply to your download and purchases; where the store's mandatory terms conflict with these, the store's terms prevail.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game or any of its content, and you may not reverse engineer or decompile it except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Purchases

The Game is free to play. A single one-time in-app purchase ("full game unlock") permanently opens additional content on your store account. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms; prices are shown in the store before you buy and may vary by region. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their store policies — we have no access to payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Use the "Restore purchase" option in the Game to re-activate the unlock on a new device signed into the same store account.

4. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, artwork, music, sounds, names and logo, is the property of ZNiTech Kft. and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

5. Fair play

You agree not to tamper with the Game's files or memory, exploit bugs for unintended advantage in a way that harms the service, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose. We may revoke the license of anyone who violates these terms.

6. Updates and availability

We plan to improve the Game with regular updates, which may add, change or rebalance content. We may also discontinue the Game or parts of it; the Game is an offline, single-player experience, so already-installed copies keep working without our servers. Nothing in these terms obliges us to provide any particular future content.

7. Warranty and liability

The Game and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZNiTech Kft. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects the statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also enjoy the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. 9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when new features or platforms launch. The current version is always available at this address, with the effective date shown above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
